PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT & CANCELLATIONS: A non-refundable retainer Equaling half of the session is due to secure the date and time of the session. Full payment for Mini sessions is required at time of booking. The retainer will be applied toward final balance unless as noted below. The remaining payment is due on the day of the session. Payment is accepted in the forms of Venmo, Paypal, cash, or check. In the event the client cancels or postpones a session within 72 hours of the agreed upon session date, the retainer is forfeited and the client will need to pay a new retainer for a rescheduled session.

PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Sadie Brown Photography, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my underage children. I hereby grant Sadie Brown Photography to post a sneak peek of my session to her facebook page.

COOPERATION: Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during sessions, or for missed images due to behavior and lack of cooperation. Photographer’s camera is the only camera allowed at the photo session because of the distraction it causes. In the event that the Photographer brings props and other materials, it is the Client's responsibility to make sure other parties of their session are cooperating and not causing any damage to Photographer materials. In the event of any damage, Client is responsible for covering the costs of replacements.

DIGITAL NEGATIVES, PRINTS & COPYRIGHT: All images and copyrights are the property of Sadie Brown Photography. Clients may not use photos from session for contests, promotions, etc, without written Photographer permission. Client is prohibited from modifying, including editing and/or manipulating files, such as applying "filters". Photographer recommends client use www.mpix.com (or approved equal) for the best quality in printing. Photographer is not responsible for lack of quality if printed elsewhere (Walgreens, CVS, etc). Photographer agrees to grant these image rights to the client; clients may do the following: i) Display the images; ii) Print the images; iii) Upload, email, or electronically transfer the images or files; and, iv) Publish the images on personal websites or social media websites

By signing below you certify that You are at least 18 years of age. You have read this portrait agreement/contract and fully understand the contents thereof. You agree that you have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such.
